अन्यदेव आहुः विद्यायाः अन्यत् आहुः अविद्यायाः इति शुश्रुम धीरणाम् ये नः तत् विचचक्षिरे ॥१३॥
Anyadeva ahuh vidyayah Anyat ahuh avidyayah Iti shushruma dhiranam Ye nah tat vichachakshire
The giver of the knowledge of the Vedas, Brahm, has said that a person who has alphabetical knowledge is called learned (vidwan), and one who does not have alphabetical knowledge is called unlearned (avidwan). However, the true understanding of what constitutes learned and unlearned is revealed only by a Tatvadarshi Sant (enlightened saint); listen to them.
