Rishimna ya Rishikrit swarshah sahasranithah padaveeḥ kaveenam
Tritiyam dham mahishah sisah sant somah virajamanu rajati stup
Translation: The Brahm, who speaks the Vedas, says that the complete Supreme God, coming in the form of an extraordinary child (Kaveenam), receives the title of a famous poet, meaning He assumes the role of a saint or sage. In that saintly form, the Lord reveals (Sahasranithah) thousands of words (Rishimnah) for the devotees, who possess the nature of saints. These words are (Swargah) heaven-like, giving bliss to the devotees. (Som) He is the immortal being, the Satpurush, who establishes (Tritya) the third realm, the realm of liberation, known as Satlok (Mahishah), the firm earth, and later in (Sant) a saintly human form, He is seated on a throne in the shape of a high mound, shining brightly in a luminous, human-like body.
Meaning: In Mantra 17, it is mentioned that Kabir Dev manifests in the form of a child, plays His Leela (divine play), grows up, and through His poetry, He describes the knowledge of truth. He is recognized as a poet, sage, or saint. However, He is the complete Supreme God Himself. His divine words, the Kabir Vani (Kabir’s words), are described as nectar-like and blissful for His devotees. This same Supreme God, after establishing the third realm, Satlok (the realm of truth and liberation), sits in a dome (Gumbaj) on a throne in the form of a radiant, human-like body.
This Mantra refers to the third realm as Satlok, the realm of the true Supreme God, where the complete Supreme God, as Satpurush, resides. The creation of the lower realms was done by Him from Satlok. This knowledge is confirmed by the saint, Guru Garib Das Ji, who describes seeing a white dome (Gumbaj) above, where the Satguru resides. The meaning here is that the Supreme God Kabir resides in a white dome in the uppermost part of the sky.
